Arianna is a Supervised Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that every behavior makes sense in context and that healing begins when we understand the stories we’ve lived. She views therapy as a collaborative, compassionate space where individuals, couples, and families can explore new narratives and develop deeper, more meaningful connections. Rooted in Narrative Therapy and Experiential Family Therapy, Arianna's work helps clients externalize problems, engage authentically, and create new possibilities for growth. When working with children, she trusts in the therapeutic power of play—its natural ability to help young people express themselves, process experiences, and heal. She also believes deeply in the healing potential of humor; sometimes laughter is the first step toward connection and change. Arianna earned her Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Central Missouri where she also completed her Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a minor in Human Development and Family Science. Her clinical experience includes supporting children, teens, couples, and families with a wide range of concerns. She also has specialized experience working within the Recovery Court System, supporting individuals and families navigating substance use challenges. Whether someone is seeking support for their child, their relationship, their family, or themselves, Arianna offers a warm, validating, and grounded therapeutic space where stories can be heard—and where new stories can be created. Arianna is supervised by Melissa Winston, MS, LMFT-S, LCMFT-S as she completes her hours for full licensure in the state of Missouri.

Arianna can offer insurance billing for Cigna and Aetna plans that offer mental health benefits. Any clients who have other insurance policies will have to be paid out of pocket, but a superbill can be offered to submit for reimbursement if your plan offers out of network coverage.
